Return Policy

If an item is delivered damaged, please report it to us within 24 hours. Anyone returning orders without receipt or authorisation from us will not be accepted. So please contact us, and make us aware of the problems before returning it, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. All products must be in the original packaging in order to be returned.

Please note it may take up to 30 days for the refund to post to your credit card statement.

Redelivery

If you are not home at your agreed upon delivery time without notifying us to come back at a later time, you will be charged a fee for re-delivery.

All merchandise is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Shipping cost is non-refundable. Customer is also responsible for shipping returned merchandise to Wicker Warehouse.
